LE CLOS DES GRIVES
Suzanne Petite and her husband bought this 5 ha estate in 2009. Claude Charbonnier was a pioneer in organic farming 30 years ago and one of the first to obtain the certification. The Clos des Grives, classified as Ecocert, a very strict label, does all its harvesting by hand so that each bunch is sorted. The vinification, in accordance with the standards, is carried out in the cellars of the estate by the cellar master Michel Monnoyeur. Here, all the emblematic productions of the Jura in the Côtes-du-Jura appellation have their place, from Savagnin to Vin Jaune.
