A vineyard consisting of 30 hectares exposed due south, on clay-limestone soil. A grape variety dominated by Merlot at 70 %, and completed with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Dominique Bessineau attaches particular importance to the work of the vines, which are the subject of rigorous attention, up to the manual harvesting, which perfectly respects the integrity of the grapes. The vinification in thermo-regulated vats preserves the freshness of the fruit and is followed by long macerations and 12 months of ageing in barrels. Fine and harmonious wines.
