ESAT in which 65 adults with mental disabilities help raise chickens and guinea fowl.
The Ferme Les Glycines is not quite like the others: it is an ESAT (Establishment and Service of Assistance through Work) in which 65 adults with mild or medium mental deficiencies work, participate in the rearing of chickens and guinea fowl, specialize in horticulture or the maintenance of green spaces. All the products made on the farm are on sale in the grocery store: ready-to-cook chickens and guinea fowls (sold under the Le Festoy brand), plants, floral compositions; you will also find local products (vegetables, bread, honey, Jura wines, etc.). The annual fairs in May and October are very popular for both flowers and vegetable plants. A production that supports this establishment and its vocation of mutual aid.
