In operation for over 160 years, Doloise's railway station is located between Besançon and Dijon, for optimum service. Regional TER trains run here, and ticket offices are open Monday to Sunday. The station is open from 5.20 a.m. to 11 p.m. TGV services are also available, including the Lyon-Paris service. With the FlexiDole shuttle bus just 10 meters away, access to the city center is easy. The station is also served by inter-city buses and city buses. It's also close to shops, bars, restaurants and hotels.

Les alentours de la gare ont récemment été refaits entre la fin du mandat de l'ancien maire et le début de celui du nouveau. Bien que l'esthétique s'en trouve amélioré, les travaux n'ont pas apporté grand chose d'utile. La gare n'est pas très grande et n'a pas beaucoup de services disponibles.
