Farid Boué left the press to devote himself to this restaurant in the city centre. He loves his Jura and wants to share it, especially through regional products. He regularly travels around the region to find the best products that you can taste either on a large slate or on warm organic bread. We tried the "mortiflette" (Morteau sausage, morbier and old morbier). It is advisable to reserve. In season, some tables will allow you to have lunch on the terrace. The welcome is very warm
