In the region, we know this establishment which was run for years by Jean-Louis Bouvet. The institution is now in the hands of Franck Prillard, well known for having run the Strasbourg in Lons. He has skilfully combined the tradition of the house with his own identity. The welcome remains warm and the setting has not changed under the glass roof or on the terrace. The menu changes 4 times a year and follows the best offer in fresh products. Including the traditional dishes of the region. A new management that continues to honour the profession.

Nous étions placés au milieu du restaurant mais ça ne les a pas choqué.
Repas excellent mais je pense que ce restaurant n est pas du tout bien géré.
Nous n y retournerons pas.
Beau cadre pourtant et joli restaurant.
Ne pas hésiter à s'y arrêter pour une escale dans ce coin par ailleurs riche d'histoire et de balades.
