Restaurant in Dole realizing a generous kitchen and a slate of meats and skewers with a Basque cake.

With its "medieval" ambience yesterday, and "musketeer" atmosphere today, the walls of this restaurant continue to plunge us into history. The Goy couple, who previously ran their twin brother's restaurant in Dijon, now devote themselves exclusively to their Doloise business. Here, they bring the South-West to life: foie gras, confits, duck breast, cassoulet... A generous cuisine, including themed salads. Meats whispered on the slate. Try "La potence Gascogne": beef and duck skewers, flambéed with Armagnac and a variety of sauces. A Basque cake will round off the feast.

Je ne mets pas 5 mais 6 étoiles… et même plus! Nous avons pris la potence et tout était plus que parfait. Merci le petit Gascon pour votre savoir faire, votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Je reviendrai lors de mon prochain passage à Dole.

Bonne cuisine, mais servi par une personne qui n'est vraiment pas du métier . ( peut-être était il juste pour l’occasion du chat perché ?) Lors de mes précédentes visite,le service était normal.
