Restaurant in Dole realizing a generous kitchen and a slate of meats and skewers with a Basque cake.
With its "medieval" ambience yesterday, and "musketeer" atmosphere today, the walls of this restaurant continue to plunge us into history. The Goy couple, who previously ran their twin brother's restaurant in Dijon, now devote themselves exclusively to their Doloise business. Here, they bring the South-West to life: foie gras, confits, duck breast, cassoulet... A generous cuisine, including themed salads. Meats whispered on the slate. Try "La potence Gascogne": beef and duck skewers, flambéed with Armagnac and a variety of sauces. A Basque cake will round off the feast.

Le cadre est encore plus beau !
Très bon restaurant. L´ambiance est décontractée et sans chichis.
A conseiller.
Conclusion j'ai passé un bon moment.
Serveur très aimable et parlant allemand
