Restaurant in Dole realizing a generous kitchen and a slate of meats and skewers with a Basque cake.

With its "medieval" ambience yesterday, and "musketeer" atmosphere today, the walls of this restaurant continue to plunge us into history. The Goy couple, who previously ran their twin brother's restaurant in Dijon, now devote themselves exclusively to their Doloise business. Here, they bring the South-West to life: foie gras, confits, duck breast, cassoulet... A generous cuisine, including themed salads. Meats whispered on the slate. Try "La potence Gascogne": beef and duck skewers, flambéed with Armagnac and a variety of sauces. A Basque cake will round off the feast.

Bonne cuisine et endroit très agréable. Le service aurait pu être un peu plus efficace, à la fois pour commander les plats et pour servir les tables. Toujours très recommandé. Mais réservez toujours, sinon vous ne mangerez pas du tout.

Nous avons découvert ce lieu grâce à une commerçante locale qui nous l'a conseillé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis malgré mes problèmes d'intolérances alimentaires. La serveuse qui s'est occupée de nous (Méline) est au top et professionnelle. Le repas était excellent les 2 fois où nous y sommes allés.

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée dans ce restaurant, accueil et service parfait, quand aux plats, rien à redire, sinon que dire... ne changez rien, super ambiance avec un patron qui a de l humour, franchement allez y , vous ne le regretterez pas!!!
Merci pour la belle soirée, on reviendra sans hésiter.
