RESTAURANT KASHMIR
Restaurant with terrace in Dole offering dishes flavored with sweet spices with succulent homemade naans and meats.
This restaurant of Indian and Pakistani cuisine is located at the entrance to the heart of Dole, almost opposite the museum. Here, Chef Rashir's typical recipes deliver all their subtle flavours and aromas. The subdued decor of the two rooms (42 covers) contrasts with the contemporary furniture of the terrace. The tablecloths tables are well spaced out. The sweet spice dishes are accompanied by succulent homemade naans, fresh, hot, plain or stuffed (8 different). The menu of the day (starter, main course, dessert) allows a triple choice: tandoori chicken, sheek kebab (beef skewers), vegetable samossa. The lunch formula (main course, dessert) has succulent fritters (onion, eggplant) or raita (yoghurt and cucumbers). À la carte, the 5 biryanis (complete dish with basmati rice) are served with chicken, lamb, beef or simmered meat. Sauces can be spiced up on request. If the boss is nice, let's not forget the friendliness of his wife Keltoum, like the prices and the service.
