This second Michelin-starred restaurant in Dole is still run by its chef, Joël Césari. What can we say about his cuisine, which remains as innovative and colorful as ever, other than that it really does deserve a gourmet stopover in this fine establishment that honors our region. The lunchtime menu is just a taste of what's to come. The hotel still has 19 beautiful rooms. The personality and human qualities of its chef contribute to making you feel at home at "La Chaumière".

Reçus par le chef en personne, Un accueil des plus chaleureux. L'impression d'être le seul client. Des attentions tout au long du repas. Des mises en bouche juste parfaites, des déclinaisons de produits régionaux surprenantes et superbes, tant pour les yeux que le palais. Des suggestions de vins en parfait accord avec les plats.
Aucune fausse note.
Nous avions reçu un coffret cadeau et nous le recommandons chaudement.

Worthy of its fame, we leave for a world tour when we eat at this restaurant. Joel Cesari remains chauvinistic with its local produce but knows per time to deviate to other regions that hexaltent our palace.
