What can we say about his cuisine, which remains as innovative and colorful as ever, other than that it really does deserve a gourmet stopover in this fine establishment that honors our region. The lunchtime menu is just a taste of what's to come. The hotel still has 19 beautiful rooms. The personality and human qualities of its chef contribute to making you feel at home at "La Chaumière".
