Le Local is a pleasant restaurant located along the Canal des Tanneurs in Dole. Its carefully decorated dining room offers a warm and friendly setting for sharing a meal with family, friends or just the two of you. Julien Brunet's team favors local, quality, seasonal produce to ensure the freshest dishes possible. At Le Local, for example, you can opt for burgers for a gourmet break. The restaurant also offers a vegetarian option with, among other things, artisan corn bread from the Groslambert bakery, seasonal vegetables and Comté cheese au gratin. You can also choose a full menu, with salmon tartare or the perfect egg as a starter. Then let yourself be tempted by duck breast stuffed with Morello cherries and seasonal vegetables. The back of hake with Chilean sauce will not leave you indifferent either. To finish on a sweet note, enjoy the red fruit dome or the dark chocolate coulant with fleur de sel.
