Cellar/bar/restaurant with terrace offering tapas, cheese and charcuterie boards and risotto of the sea.
Le Clavelin is a nod to the emblematic bottle of yellow wine. What's more, created and run by Lilian Rapin, this cellar/bar/restaurant is located on a street steeped in history, since the illustrious wine scientist Louis Pasteur was born a few houses down. In short, regional flavors come in all shapes and sizes here, starting with terrines made with Jura wines, and sausages made with vin jaune, poulsard and macvin. The same goes for tapas and cheese/cheese boards. Tasty. And the welcome is always top-notch!
