Small bistro in Dole serving a simple and generous bistronomic family cuisine with a daily menu.

The restaurant is named after a book by Dole novelist Marcel Aymé. Laëtitia and Stephen Geipel welcome you to their restaurant nestled in the old town of Dole, close to the covered market and the collegiate church. You can choose between the cosy dining room or the terrace in fine weather. The cuisine is "bistronomic", with a focus on local produce. The daily menu is available in several versions or à la carte. With good reason, Gustalin has earned a reputation as a fine regional restaurant. An excellent gourmet moment.

Ma grand-mère m’a fait découvrir cet endroit. Le sanglier est tout simplement à tomber : tendre et bien pensé ; le vin était fort bon. Je reviendrai !

Excellent restaurant. À deux pas de la collégiale, il est semble-t-il nécessaire de réserver suffisamment tôt, le nombre de places étant limité. Venu de Besançon, je ne regrette pas le déplacement.
