Small bistro in Dole serving a simple and generous bistronomic family cuisine with a daily menu.

The restaurant is named after a book by Dole novelist Marcel Aymé. Laëtitia and Stephen Geipel welcome you to their restaurant nestled in the old town of Dole, close to the covered market and the collegiate church. You can choose between the cosy dining room or the terrace in fine weather. The cuisine is "bistronomic", with a focus on local produce. The daily menu is available in several versions or à la carte. With good reason, Gustalin has earned a reputation as a fine regional restaurant. An excellent gourmet moment.

Belle terrasse gourmande à Dole
Éloignez-vous des terrasses au bord du canal pour essayer ce délicieux restaurant inventif dans le centre de Dole au pied du marché couvert. Excellent service et rapport qualité-prix. Utilisation créative des produits du Jura. Belle carte des vins. Personnel très sympathique et rigoureux dans le contexte du Covid19.
