In the heart of the village of Sampans, 5 kilometres from Dole, Catherine and the chef Romuald Fassenet have taken over this old 18th century building and turned it into a charming hotel and restaurant with a reputation that extends beyond its borders. Seven spacious rooms with a contemporary décor are distributed throughout the house and offer all the best in comfort and top-of-the-range services. The large park of more than two hectares will seduce you. Whether for a night or a stay, here is a beautiful and quiet establishment. It should be noted that the restaurant has been starred since 2006, and that its chef is Best Worker in France 2004, only happiness! It's hard to find a better way!
