Romuald and Catherine Fassenet have been in this wonderful place for several years now, realizing a common dream of holding the reins of a charming hotel-restaurant… for the delight of their customers! Not content to offer him a starry table, this friendly couple wanted to make the hotel an establishment that is equal to the reputation of the restaurant. This is done and acknowledged (since September 2011) with the award of 4 stars at the hotel du Château du Mont Joly. Raspberry, plum, cinnamon, liquorice, moka… You stay in a room whose name recalls the colour of one of the layers of the wall. Spacious, tastefully furnished in a contemporary style, they enjoy all the comfort you can expect from this kind of establishment: Flat screen television, king size bed, relaxation bathroom with chromotest therapy… During the day you can relax in the heated swimming pool, enjoy exclusive and personalised body treatments or indulge in great cooking courses. Above all, enjoy a meal at the table of Romuald Fassenet, one of the best in the region. A romantic stay in perspective!
