Yoann Bride's background makes him a highly recognized specialist in coffee. This craftsman produces a wonderful coffee 100% roasted in Dole. He advises the great houses and even starred restaurants. His roasting shop offers more than a dozen vintages that have just been certified organic. At the store, now separate from the factory, you will find coffee beans, ground coffee and compostable capsules, but also teas, infusions and cookies chosen according to the same criteria.
