LA BRASSERIE DU DOLEN

3 friends, François Mittaine, Emmanuel Bon and Laurent Greffier, experienced sportsmen of the Union Sportive Doloise, had taken the habit of enjoying a good beer after the effort . Their favourite drink led them to create their own beverage with this "Dolen". This Celtic word designating a meander reminds us of those that the river Doubs forms around the city, but can also evoke the privileged moment that one puts to savour a drink of great quality. There is no extended range in this traditional unit. The 3 "accomplices" will only offer you 3 vintages, but oh so many worked with the most meticulous care. The "Dolen" comes first with a "white" (La Baby Dole) of 5 degrees with a pale yellow colour and aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. The second (La Rageuse), a 6.5% amber colour, is complex with a mellow body and notes of toast and caramel. The third expression (La Dolen) is 6 degrees and is a golden blonde with a taste of malt.
