Christophe Voisin presents himself as an "independent and proud wine cellar". It presents its cellar as a lacquering for sophisticated amateurs already having a good knowledge of the world of wine. Nevertheless, he will not return the neophytes to which he will take the time to explain the flavors of this wine or the aromas of that wine. Passionate about old wines, the proposals are quite different from those of classical cavists, and we don't tire of letting ourselves count the history of these ancient bottles.
