This cheese dairy, which is over a hundred years old, produces cheeses that are regularly awarded medals. 470 tons annually, of which 4,500 wheels of cheese are matured and sold on site. You will also find: raclette, morbier, tome du Jura, the Delight of Chalain, the Little Hedgehog made in winter, the Serrat and the cottage cheese. An audiovisual gallery with interactive terminals allows you to discover all the stages of production, from milking to maturing. But you can also watch the cheese maker at work.
