At Braise & Co, everything is cooked over a wood fire and everything is at will, from appetizers to grilled meats (excluding drinks and dessert). You can whet your appetite with seafood, smoked trout or Spanish charcuterie. Then the grilled meats or the fish like the sea bream are accompanied by French fries and vegetables. The vast room is decorated in an elegant way with wood. The mixture of colors gives a warm and friendly side to this place, we feel good and especially it smells the greed. The service is pleasant and discreet.

Un accueil chaleureux de la part du gérant et de son équipe. Le buffet est varié mais surtout de très bonne qualité.
Je recommande à 100% ce restaurant à volonté qui est pour moi le meilleur de la Gironde.
De plus l’addition est en adéquation avec le service et le repas.
J’y retournerai sans hésitation !
