HUILERIE DE GERMIGNEY
For a long time the Ogier family worked in mixed farming. Since 2006, Emmanuel has returned to a craft production that disappeared in Franche-Comté. That is to say the production of rapeseed and sunflower oils in the purest tradition. You will be able to taste these virgin oils obtained by first cold pressing from seeds produced on the farm. The "colza" with its amber and hazelnut, is intended only for raw vegetables and salads, rich in vitamin E and Omega 3. Its sister "Sunflower", which is golden brown and has an almond flavour, is versatile; it contains Omega 6, but also vitamin E. You will appreciate all the more the qualitative approach of the farm, as it undertakes its "organic" conversion. The Ogiers put all their energy into sharing their "liquid treasures" with as many people as possible. They have created a splendid shop with a "regional products" extension, but also a large video room for groups in particular. Finally, they make their facilities available for the producers' market which is held every Saturday.
