Around this large XIIIth century building nestled between pastures, forests and ponds, poultry, lambs and pigs gambol next to the beautiful vegetable garden. All these products are found in the plate, cooked with care to preserve their flavors: chicken with yellow wine and morels, lamb confit, duck with spicy honey ... The atmosphere is warm and the chef, Christian Baraux, has no equal for talking about the Jura with humor. The 5 spacious guest rooms offer the advantage of being able to visit the region while discovering its local products.

Une grande salle de restaurant, voutée, où on peut déguster un poulet aux morilles et vin jaune copieux.
Un seul regret au niveau service : un petit-déjeuner un peu terne : confiture maison dans des bocaux "pas très adaptés", avec d'anciennes étiquettes non enlevées, pas de charcuterie, ...

Vu les nombreuses appréciations faites sur le "poulet vin jaune et morilles", nous reviendrons très vite y goûter !
