A friendly restaurant offering simple, traditional cuisine enhanced by local produce and an efficient menu.

Le Chai de Caussan opened in the small village of Blaignan two years ago, and has quickly made a name for itself, to say the least. Laëtitia and chef Alexandre are at the helm of this lovely establishment, both driven by a taste for work well done. The nobility of local produce is sublimated by the sobriety of a cuisine that is simple and traditional yet remarkably accurate. The menu is succinct but effective, the service always friendly and the products carefully selected. A wonderful discovery in the heart of the vineyards.

Un accueil sympa, du personnel agréable et souriant, une bonne cuisine avec des bons produits fraisdu terroir. Des assiettes joliment dressées et savoureuses. J'ai adoré le rôti de lotte avec légumes vapeur et leur crème brûlée.
