I tell you my bad experience with this company recommended by friends in the paca region. In the first time quotation made in late September 2017, the commercial announces a laying of cellulose outing in mid October… the first rdv will be proposed until late November and see our dissatisfaction with what was planned we are reorienting to November 11 (holiday and one Saturday) because are overwhelmed… We accept the lack of choice… On Tuesday before the date of laying, we are called to tell us that there is a breach of stock at European level (I would point out that I will come back to it later) and that upon receipt of the goods we will be reminded as soon as possible and that Our case will be taken as a priority… Result: I had to call a week later to take some news to tell me that they had received the material and that the rdv was fixed at the end of January????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? … we conclude that we do not have the same sense of priorities!!! Knowing that I had rid all my old and isolation mi oct as planned at the base. We remind the commercial (Jean) Christophe B. Who returns us after his direction by certifying that she would remind me in the day to find a solution. we still await..... and when we try to remind him, to send emails as the secretary in vain, and I fall on the courier of course… The story doesn't stop there because we go back to another society in the urgency of our situation and the climate change that the cold is increasingly feeling… Another commercial will make the estimate, climb in our comforts with measuring devices (unlike the other one d) and amazement: It leaves us a surface to treat different than 20 m 2!!! We understand that Mr. J Christophe B makes an estimate to the wolve in relation to the total surface of the house we have announced orally (parts of the house, extensions, are not parts of the comforts) And I am not talking about other technical aspects that are not considered and yet necessary for habitat security: space to respect for chimneys, traps insulation… And by discussing with this new company, she tells us that on their side he was never talking about the collapse of the ouate….and as any good company in this season, it has in advance a stock that can cover a season and a half… briefly… This is the end of the day. It's a bad thing for a great good because we've paid less and our house is better insulated than it should have been with the roof.

bonsoir, nous on a signé notre contrat pendant la foire de bordeaux, délai d'intervention prévue et garantie 15 jours , soit maximum avant le 15 novembre. On harcèle le commercial pour savoir quand ils vont intervenir....et finalement ils daignent nous répondre au bout de 10 appels pour nous dire qu'ils sont en rupture de laine minérale intervention prévue entre novembre et janvier....génial on est en plein hiver, on a enlevé l'isolation, on a du les harceler pour savoir pourquoi on n'avait pas de date d'intervention.....et pour l'instant silence radio......Quel sérieux !!! un pb de livraison ça peut arriver, mais de pas rappeler des clients et de ne pas les prévenir, c pas commercial du tout !!! Je suis très déçu par Isol toit: ils ont soufflé de la laine de coton en 2013. Je me rends compte par la suite en montant dans les combles qu'il n'y avait pas l'épaisseur convenue: 20cm en moyenne pour 35 commandés.
En 2016, je m'aperçoit qu'il y a des mites dans la laine de coton: Isol toit a trainé des mois avant de vouloir intervenir et rembourser les vêtements mités. J'ai du faire intervenir mon assurance.
Très mauvaise coordination entre le commercial et les ouvriers. A éviter!!!

Bonjour,
Devis signé renvoyé le 10/10/16
Date de travaux prévue 18/01/17. Déjà délais trop long.

Ce jour, les ouvriers n'ont pas pu faire le chantier car le camion est trop gros pour l'accès à la maison.
Je pense que à ce rythme l'isolation aura lieu pour cet été !
La société souhaite-t-elle faire le chantier ?
Après le 15 février si le chantier n'est pas fait j'estime que la réponse est "non" et je rechercherai un prestataire sérieux.

Isoltoit is a company that I recommend.

I met several their competitors but they are the only ones that delivers a real analysis on our roofs.

Thanks to that they gave me more information about the type of insulators that corresponded best to my roofs.

I managed to cause a drop in my energy bill of more than 20%.

Commercial and working super nice.
