Here's a nice idea! A concept of restoration in Otellia Blanquefort with the Couveuse Anabase Mie and the City of Blanquefort which welcomes both customers and those who work there. In fact cooks test the size of a restaurant in a "incubator" for 6 months before starting alone. They concocate small dishes with fresh and seasonal produce in the morning to be tasted at noon. It's good, not expensive at all and the service is fast!
