Since last winter, Sonya and Caroline have taken over L'Anversis following the departure of Bernard and Sylvie Robbe. They have kept the soul of the place while putting their own stamp on it. The spices and herbs enhance the carefully selected organic and local products. At this mountain restaurant, we find a local and seasonal cuisine, where the product is worked generously and sublimated by a vegetable touch. To be matched with one of the many natural live wines offered on the menu, which is just as rich as that of absinthes and spirits.
