Les Vignobles de Cancave covers 52 hectares and is one of 14 Châteaux with the "AOC Blaye" appellation. Collaboration with Eric Boissenot, oenologist at the Grands Crus Classés du Médoc, ensures that the estate's work is of the highest quality, both in terms of grape processing and bottling. Vignobles de Cancave welcomes visitors during the high season, offering a wide range of services including vineyard tours, cellar tours, tastings and winegrower lunches. There are also horse-drawn carriage rides around the superb citadel of Blaye.
