LE CHAMP DES CUEILLETTES
Colline Thoubillon was conquered by the "little mountain" since her childhood when her parents took up residence, her companion Adrien Migliarini itou. The freshness combined with the sweetness of this region of South Jura gave the young graduate in agricultural BTS the idea to satisfy her passion for producing fruits and vegetables. The Champ des cueillettes participatory farm was created two years ago. The rule here is to grow the healthiest crops in the world and to focus on direct sales, including by inviting customers to pick their own, as well as in operations such as "Farm to Farm". You can roam the 2,000 m2 of strawberries, the 3,000 m2 of raspberries, the 2,000 m2 of gooseberries, and get your potatoes, among other things. The next objectives of the two thirty-year-olds are to pack in trays and frozen food, prepare jams and, on a resolutely open farm, to set up guest rooms and a family cottage in the near future.
