L’ÉOLIENNE
Here, you have the choice between the chef's regional suggestions (comté terrine with artichoke, homemade foie gras, pike-perch steak with sorrel cream...) and more simply a menu of sweet/salty, iced or flambéed pancakes and pizzas. To be enjoyed in one of the 3 rooms. One overlooks the botanical garden, the other opens onto the children's playground and the third, more traditional, with its fireplace. Or even on the terrace if the weather is good. You can sleep in the cottage. Riders and their mounts are welcomed with open arms. But the main characteristic of the Wind Turbine is its botanical space. Access is free but you can follow a guided tour and a course on the Jura flora... obviously, at times of the year when there is vegetation! The place is very nice, not far from the lake of Chalain.
