FROMAGERIE DU HAUT-JURA
A visit to the cheese dairy at Les Moussières allows you to watch the cheese-making process in action, complemented by a series of films.
Meet us at the Maison des Fromages des Moussières. This cooperative brings together 15 producers, 6 of whom are organic, as well as Maison Juraflore. Every day, some 10,000 liters of milk are collected for processing into Bleu de Gex Haut Jura and Comté cheeses. This production won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2024. The tour takes you through a long glass gallery leading to the technical rooms, where you can watch the cheese being made live. Films complete the tour.
