GAEC DE LA LANGOUETTE
This modern farm was created in 2007 by 2 brothers Julien and Maxence. Florence, the wife of the latter, joined them. Trained one in breeding techniques and the other in dairy industry techniques, they run their herd and their business with mastery. Florence, with a background in the food industry, is active in dairy processing, direct sales (even on markets) and accounting. You are welcome at milking time (and can participate from October to May). You can even participate in the care of the animals. From the point of view of finished products, the range is attractive. La Langouette is part of the county chain, but makes its own specialities. A good dozen yoghurts (flavoured and with fruit), faisselles, a chocolate flan, as well as a home-made cheese. This "Langoureux" so called, is likely to make you crack. It is made with pasteurized whole milk. A soft flowery paste that will make you melt with pleasure.
