LA REDOUTE
Famous traditional hotel-restaurant serving regional cuisine, mountain recipes and fondue.
This restaurant adjoining the hotel has a good reputation and is also an institution in the heart of the resort. The cuisine is obviously regional with the whole range of mountain recipes. This ranges from morel fondue to trout gravlax, from stuffed cabbage to Morteau and its truffle-flavoured purée. Even the Christmas and New Year menus are mouth-watering. Animals are accepted. Groups are welcome but, as for individuals, it is advisable to reserve. A good and traditional address where it is good to stop.
