The resort of Les Rousses is located in the Haut-Jura on the border with Switzerland. This Nordic area is composed of 4 villages offering seasonal activities for all. In winter you can enjoy downhill skiing, composed of the Dôle-Tuffes, Serra and Noirmont massifs, Jura sur Léman (50 km of trails). On the cross-country skiing side, 170 km of trails in one of the most beautiful French Nordic ski areas. In summer, the resort is the ideal starting point for numerous hikes and walks.

Un effort sur l'accueil
On nous avait dit que l'accueil n'était pas le fort du lieu et nous n'avons pu que constater que le visiteur donne régulièrement l'impression de déranger, notamment les commerçants qui en vive pourtant... à part, bien entendu, quelques exceptions à l'accueil chaleureux, souriant et heureux de partager, ouf ! Nous qui sommes respectueux et habitués à lier des lien (souvent authentiques et durables d'ailleurs) partout où nous allons, ce "froid" local a gâché un peu notre séjour. C'est dommage car nous adorons ce patrimoine paysagé, bâti et culinaire, un merveilleux potentiel pas très bien mis en valeur...
