Originally from Grau-du-Roi in the south of France, Christel and Freddy Jacob have taken over the village restaurant, renamed Au Cul de Poule. Freddy works in the kitchen, while Christel offers a warm and friendly welcome in the dining room. The concept is to offer seasonal menus rather than an à la carte menu. Every Wednesday morning, Freddy introduces us to the week's menus, using only seasonal produce. It's an adventure that promises to be both tasty and fun!
