For Nico and Dodo (who studied cookery in Poligny), it all began in 2018 with a food truck in which they offered (and still offer) their pizzas. Since then, they've been welcoming you to their restaurant and wine cellar in Loisia. It's an opportunity not only to offer you a tasting, but also to sample their excellent cuisine, which follows the seasons and is enriched by the riches of local producers. On the menu, a trout from Beuque, for example. Or a Franc-Comtois burger featuring organic steak from Ferme du Château. We love it!
