La Comédie restaurant welcomes you to a historic setting in the center of Lons-le-Saunier. As you enter one of its two bright dining rooms, you'll immediately be charmed by its sleek, modern decor. Sabrina Scozzafave's paintings, available for sale, add a unique artistic touch. As for the terrace, set in a small private courtyard, it offers a pleasant setting for dining in fine weather. Here, you'll be treated to generous, gourmet cuisine prepared by Chef Guillaume Ferrier and his wife Lucie. The cuisine takes you on a seasonal journey to discover new flavors, always based on fresh produce. Here, you can choose from three types of menu. For example, you can opt for the pleasure menu, with beef tataki, braised Simmental chuck or Bresse poultry from Marquis. The chef also excels in the preparation of sea and freshwater fish. You'll find them in a variety of forms on the fisherman's menu. Let yourself be tempted by caponata with olives and mackerel confit, ling a la plancha or the fish of the moment. The restaurant also offers a 6-plate discovery menu. To finish on a sweet note, you can choose between a citrus cremeux, a red fruit tartlet or a brownie with chocolate cremeux.
