This bar-restaurant located within the Casino grounds is located near the pool, at the exit of Lons-le-Saunier. It dominates the road towards Dole. This establishment offers a traditional French cuisine of high quality. A la carte, bistro-style dishes leave plenty of room for regional products, even burgers (comté or Bleu de Gex). As for the rainbow trout fillets, they come from Marigna-sur-Valouse. The Jura veal cutlet and Royan ravioli with county toppings are also successful.
