Brasserie in Lons-le-Saunier serving traditional sauerkraut and other regional dishes.

Edouard Courlan runs this historic establishment, a veritable institution. The "rocaille" decor is superb, worthy of the great brasseries of the 19th century (it was built at the same time as the theater: 1850). Ideally located on the town's central square, this brasserie offers regional gastronomy. Of course, there's the traditional sauerkraut, but other dishes in the brasserie spirit are also on the menu, offering excellent cuisine. A large terrace is available for dinner, lunch or a drink.

Superbe cadre avec moulures et miroirs. Assiettes de spécialités régionales, belles saveurs. Conseils pour les choix du vin. Service rapide et agréable, sauf pour le café que nous avons attendu. L'un des rares restaurants de la ville ouverts le dimanche à l'automne, penser à réserver.
