Grand merci à Clovis notre guide pour sa découverte du vignoble « caché » de l’Etoile, sa visite en mérite bien 5 (sur 5 bien sûr).
Ses paroles étaient aussi gouleyantes que le vin qui les accompagnait, nous les avons bues sans modération et pour autant sans risque d’être saoulé.
