A museum dedicated to sculpture, with a model of the famous Rouget de Lisle statue, and several works by Gustave Courbet.

The Musée des Beaux-Arts de Lons-le-Saunier takes visitors on a journey through time and artistic styles. The first floor features French sculpture from the 18th to the 20th century, with a special focus on Jura sculptor Jean-Joseph Perraud. The second floor invites visitors to discover Flemish, Italian and French painting from the 16th to the 20th century, with works by Pieter Brueghel le Jeune, Pietro Negri and Gustave Courbet. Two rooms dedicated to temporary exhibitions complete the experience, offering a variety of themes related to the fine arts, natural sciences and archaeology.
