But all day long you will find breads, cakes, pastries, sandwiches: everything is made on the spot. More than twenty sourdough breads are offered and are kneaded, fermented and baked in front of you. An excellent bread is available as in the past. The unsold goods are sent to the Restos du Coeur, a great spirit of solidarity. An artisanal bakery as we like them, located near the city center with parking, very practical.
