While he is particularly fond of chocolate and fruit cakes, he also leaves room for the great classics, which he revisits with imagination. His chocolates come in a variety of varieties, including "Le Rouget de Lisle": a praline made from 66% chocolate, presented in a cassette containing the story of the famous author of the Marseillaise.

Tout est excellent et, cerise sur le gâteau, servi avec amabilité.
Je vous conseille notamment le Saint James, mais aussi les pièces montées
La visite du laboratoire a été très intéressante. J'ai été impressionnée, en tant que fille de boulanger " de l'ancien temps" , de découvrir tous les appareils à disposition des professionnels actuellement .
