The Maison du Vigneron, based in Crançot, has a superb showcase in what used to be the winegrowing district of the prefecture town. This veritable institution works in partnership with winegrowers who bring in grapes, which corresponds to a harvest of 130 hectares. For decades, it has devoted itself to the vinification of unique wines. And it was in Lons that it first opened its doors to market them. As early as 1995, she put on the shelves the exceptional Jura crémants she produced (brut and demi sec, white and rosé).

Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans cette petite boutique, où une gentille dame à bien voulu nous faire une dégustation pour connaître les vins et crémant de la région et partir avec de bons produits. Merci pour votre accueil, votre temps, votre sourire.

un grand choix de vins du Jura
Au bout de la rue des arcades, cette boutique propose un grand choix de vins du Jura de la maison Cabelier située à Crançot sur la route de Champagnole : Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard, Macvin, Crémant (dont un intéressant Blanc de Noirs). Une curiosité à découvrir : le whisky "Légendaire" single malt vieilli en fûts de vin jaune, aux notes tourbées, et un autre vieilli en fûts de paille, assez onéreux (bouteilles de 50 cl), mais tous deux excellents.
