LA FERME DU BRILLAT
Surrounded by her 40 goats you will find Lætitia Puyraimond. Her ladies graze on 50 ha, one minute away from the Vouglans lake which they all gaze at tirelessly. The Jurassienne has chosen to milk her goats by hand so as not to forget the gestures of the profession. Every evening, she invites visitors to put their hands to the udders. The farmer makes her cheeses from raw milk, ladled, fresh, semi-dry, dry and in faisselle. There are also fantasies: pepper/dried tomato cheeses, cheeses with chives and cumin. For dessert, white cheeses brewed with fruit.
