Scottish salmon, duck breast in a restaurant in Bordeaux offering a takeaway formula.
Here is the address of a young Bordeaux bistro. As soon as you arrive, you are pampered by a very caring staff that explains the menu with a smile. Here, the identity of the cuisine is based on fresh produce and the originality of the recipes continuously changing with seasons and needs. It is good, it is fine and full of character. Under the stony vaults, a pretty vintage decor creates a cosy atmosphere in the two connecting rooms. On the wall, slates set the tone. On that day, the celery risotto with truffle and Parmesan verged on perfection. The marinated salmon with quinoa was meltingly soft and flavoured. As for the pork tenderloin, served with black rice and candied sweet peppers, it managed the same balance, both creative and well proportioned. For desserts lovers, delicacy is awarded, including a memorable cheesecake. Several cocktails are available at the aperitif. For those who wish to prolong the pleasure, cooking classes are also scheduled two evenings per week. Brunch on Sunday. The accomodation capacity of 70 guests (150 m² on two rooms), in full heart of Bordeaux historic district, is at your service for corporate events, hen and stag parties, birthdays. Dogs are allowed.
