Don't let their young age fool you - Jodie and Kilian have already got their feet wet! This experienced chef and barmaid met at Bordeaux's Point Rouge before founding Joki, the fruit of their skills and friendship, which will open in summer 2023. And they're not afraid to be daring: poached oysters, beet and coffee mille-feuille, roasted apricot with saffron yoghurt sauce... The originality of the flavors imagined is sublimated by the incredible cocktails paired with them: peated whisky infused with Bellota ham, white vermouth and wasabi pea juice... A must-try!

Il est clair que nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons les yeux fermés, merci Joki ????????????
Chaque plat est un vrai délice et on découvre de nouvelles saveurs. L’équipe est passionnée et ça se voit ! Le service était au top, une équipe tres sympa, un chef hyper ouvert. Bref un restaurant qui ne se prend pas la tête et on y passe un super moment. Merci beaucoup on reviendra chez Joki avec grand grand plaisir ! Bon tour en Corse ???? !
