This large hotel of the Radisson Blu chain is located in the Bassins à flot, near the Chartrons. Its architecture blending concrete, glass and metal is bold, its lobby vast and contemporary. The rooms combine industrial and maritime design. Some rooms - and the terrace - face the marina, as does the very good Wellman restaurant on the first floor. In the kitchen, the chef pays tribute to local products and revisited bistro dishes. Breakfast is served on the5th floor, with a panoramic view of the Cité du Vin.

De plus la table de 5 est mal agencé 1 se retrouve seul et donc paraît très loin étant donné l’obscurité ! Beaucoup de bruit.
Toute l'équipe a été géniale du début à la fin ! Du briefing en passant par le service et le reveal à la fin.
Notre guide Cathy a été géniale, douce, drôle, rassurante...
Le menu a été adapté en fonction de nos restrictions alimentaires (sans gluten + femme enceinte)
Manger dans le noir éveille tous les autres sens, sentir, goûter "avec les doigts" pour deviner les plats !
